Please note that custom orders will be processed only after the design and quantities are approved.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most packages arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)
We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Custom Orders
Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
